The chain seems to be okay so far. But the way it was packaged was not very professional considering it's a real silver chain. It was just put into a tiny coin plastic bag and then an envelope and sent to me that way. If it had dropped on the ground and one of the postal carriers stepped on it that would have ruined the chain. May I suggest that you package your chains up a little bit nicer considering they are real silver
