I ordered the 6mm gold plated ball earrings and received 3mm gold plated ball earrings instead. Luckily, I’d ordered a different metal in the same size from a different seller, so I already had a point of reference. When I messaged the seller, I received an automated message that they were closed and I had no way of speaking to an actual agent. I ended up having to file an Etsy case. The seller sent a condescending message about possibly making it right had I not filed a case. What??!! A total ingrate. Buyer beware—go elsewhere!
