I love the chains. I have 2 and may order another. I didn't talk to the merchant but they shipped quickly. The shipping was slow but that is on the DeJoyless postal system, not the seller. It went from NY to 2 places in CO. Then on to 2 more places in IN. Finally to MD then VA the destination. Etsy needs to adjust their review demands.
