So my only complaint is this...my chain is not 5 mm. I have a 5 mm rope chain and this one is 3mm which I measured. The listing on this really needs to be changed to 3mm because that is what this is. The clasp and other markings all look good and it is a nice piece that I wear daily. My photos shows the clear size difference. My chain that I already owned is 5mm. Which is on the left. The new one which is on the right side is clearly smaller and measured in at 3mm. Please change the listing to reflect this. Other then that I love this piece and plan on ordering from this shop again if they change the listing to the correct size.

Continued to get in touch with the customer service. Never responded after I left many messages finally did and now no response. I didn’t read the reviews like I should have. This is a petty scam artist. I’m going to sue and also go on all my social media platforms and make sure that nobody else gets scammed.
