Just awful, I ordered and paid for 7 chains and only got 2. Now I’m messaging seller and it says they will be out for another week or so. Unbelievable


4 stars for this product because though the quality of the chain is top notch, but I order two of the same chains and when they arrived, they were the same length but one was slightly thicker than the other and the clasps were also different. However, I didn't send them back because they are beautiful and the pendants I wanted to wear them with fit nicely so I don't see the point in paying to return them when the functionality is ok. I just hope that if I order from this seller in the future, that the seller catches this type of thing before shipping the item because depending on the situation, this could potentially cause a buyer distress.
