My son’s birthday was ruined because of this, and it was embarrassing not to have the items I paid for on time. The shipping label clearly listed four necklaces, but only two were shipped. This is a really nice chain for the price. For free shipping, especially on no minimum, I couldn’t believe how fast this item arrived in my mailbox. It came only 2 or 3 days after ordering. I think I ordered the wrong length for what I had in mind, and I will probably just order another and give this one as a gift.
